I need help, I only eat twice a day, no snacking between meals, normal portions and no fried shit or added fat yet I don't lose any weight and can even go up 1kg, I am extremely sedentary though, not obese but nearing dangerous overweight territory.

Is there a keto meal plan that includes enough meat and where i can have plenty of coffee(drink about 4 cups a day with milk and sugar)

Breakfast usually a pancake or some toast and egg/cheese ad two cups of coffee w/milk&sugar, around 4-6pm a steak with rice or pasta or chicken breast with some veggies and rice and about 2-3 cups of coffee in between. Thing is I am very short and sedentary so possibly that is just maintrnance and not deficit.
Also take multivitamins and iron(bc anemia).

I cook my own meals so I know exctly what is in them, I cook with no fat or heavy condiments.

sounds ok-ish but depends on size of portions. also, do you add oil to any of it? be careful with milk/sugar in coffee, it is added calories.
do some cardio, burpees and stuff like that, real quick exercises that get you gasping fast. it's not necessary to be super active, just do cardio workouts, they dont take longer than 15 minutes if your intensity is high

try adding more fibrous veggies to your diet, maybe replacing some of the carbs in it.
maybe also change some things for more protein rich foods, eg greek yoghurt, fat-free milk instead of cheese and eggs. can try whey protein powder if you're feeling ike experimenting.
otherwise, hard to see how you dont lose weight, either your maintenance intake is really low or you eat over 1400 calories and dont count something.

Use Scooby's calculator as a baseline. Figure out your BMR and eat at a deficit. Focus on nutrition that keeps you full for a good amount of volume. Log everything.
Also, the medical weight loss clinic uses a simple diet to help fatties shed weight quickly the first couple weeks to help encourage them before started a real nutrition plan. I will share it with you, if you want to do it.
Breakfast: 1 apple, 2 eggs
Lunch and Dinner: all the chicken or red meat and salad you want. Only lemon juice or 0 cal dressings allowed. Only salt and pepper and 0 cal seasonings allowed on the meat.
You do this diet for 3 days, then eat normally for 3 days, then repeat again twice. You should lose 5-8lbs easily. This is only for fatties with 0 self control and isn't sustainable, it's just a headstart to encourage you

The coffee and caffeine isn't the problem of course, but if you could replace sugar with splenda, or do something else here, like switch to all hot skim milk with espresso (moka pot on stove is cheap/easy), and you'd be surprised about how you can drop down the calories. You could switch to iced coffee in big tall glasses with ice, some delicious sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup from starbucks, and not miss the actual sugar.

If it's a real caffeine fix? Try making a pitcher daily of freshly made Luzianne iced tea. Over ice, that slight bitterness of unsweet tea is easy going down and you'd be surprised how little sugar you need when it's fresh and bright. Throw in 1 teabag to the brewing pitcher that is flavored, like cinnamon-orange. I make my pitcher at bedtime, nuking the water and pouring over the teabags while I do my dishes and clean up. It's cold and delicious by morning.
