Honestly, pretty much any spice/seasoning/sauce goes with ramen. Now's a fantastic time to experiment and learn some seasoning combos you like.

If you have some meat and vegetables lying around, use it to make yakisoba! It’s super simple, and there are recipes for it everywhere.
If you’re not feeling that sort of thing, just replacing the flavor packet with bouillon is a huge improvement in itself, and you can add whatever you want from there. Ramen blocks are super versatile and forgiving, so get creative!

Add a slice of cheap ass yellow sandwich cheese and a raw egg at the end of the cooking process. It sounds heinous, but I promise it's a game changer. Drain some of the water out too. Less soup, more pasta-ish.

>Use your bacon drippings that are solidified in the fridge (unsmoked pork belly drippings are better)
>Heat in ramen pot
>Fry diced green onions in hot fat for about a minute
>Take off heat for a bit, add water (saves splatter)
>Boil water and prepare noodles normally

Fry bacon, fry onion and bell pepper (both thinely sliced) in bacon fat.
Heat water with half a stock cube in it to a boil. Make your noodles wet. Don't throw away all of the stock. Mix and enjoy.
Also an egg and/or cheese.

i used to take the packets to school and each them like chips for lunch lol. sprinkle the seasoning over the noodles

fry in sesame oil; challotts, snow peas, mushrooms and capsicum
then fry a minute steak and cut it into strips AFTER its been cooked.
drop it all in the ramen and voila

another way is to cook up that same stuff along with chicken in a pan
microwave the noodles so they are soft
then put them into the pan with all the other ingredients, throw an egg in and stir it into the noodles and cook untill the egg is done
put all this on a plate and serve the broth in a cup separately
