i'm a bit confused though, for all the 'how do i cook/ how do i feed myself cheaply' posters, none of them wanted to talk about the stuff i was cooking when i was posting pictures of the process and stuff. Is it food people aren't interested in learning about? Or what? Or at the other end i didn't really get any critiques, which i would have appreciated too

You seem to be a skilled cook anon (OP?). Im not too active on these boards and feel too much like shit to give you a proper response and look thoroughly at alladatshit you made. That being said Id like to remind you that many of the anons browsing these boards are useless retards who themselves cannot cook. Rather, they sperg out and shitpost and argue about fast food and nonsense like that. You're probably near the top of the talent/effort pool just with these posts.
Also my mother taught me to peel eggplants under running water, picking off the skin n shit. Im sure that gives you a decent idea.

That poached ginger chicken sounds interesting to me. Poaching chiken seems to be hard to do right, just going on intuition, so even if I eat chicken all the time maybe I'd try that one. Well, that and your hummus dish. I used to make some amateur hummus a few years back when my brother was gifted a jar of tahini and had no clue what to do with it lol. My family liked the hummus but Id bet big bux your shit is much better. Very nicely dressed dishes as well, the presentation is what the bitches go crazy for and you got that down. I really hope someone with your talent and dedication uses it all in the kitchen, you're brain and fingers are worth money börther.
I don't have many good recipes, if I had more money and ppl willing to eat my food I'd love to experiment more. Sadly my mother and sister are picky and not too fond of meat. I used to enjoy cooking now its something of a chore but sometimes I'll get a kick out of it lol.
