Restaurants only you remember.

For me, it's The Ground Round. One of the less popular, family sit-downs that populated the 90's and early 00's. Think Applebee's, but with an arcade that had Crazy Taxi.

Serves the local old time shit food people pretend is good-Lake Trout, fried catfish,a box of fryolator scrapings, usually chicken and some sort of shellfish. It's called Surf&Turf and no one under 350 pounds gets it.
Averages 2 shootings a month.

Metro Detroiter here, and Rams Horn was the place to go after closing the bar back when I was in my 20s, as there was usually some drunken jackass getting into a fight or other craziness going on.

I remember one time being seated with my drunken buddies in a booth behind a couple of Black chicks who were bitching about something that happened earlier in the night, when these two other Black chicks walk in, grab the squeezy ketchup and mustard bottles off our table and blast the shit out of the chicks sitting in the booth behind us, who jump up and get into a hair-pulling, swearing, haymaker throwing, slap fight in the middle of the restaurant with their condiment attackers until the manager came running out and told them to get the fuck out, whereupon they continued their fight in the parking lot until the cops came and took them all to jail.
