I remember in middle school a Carl's Jr. employee had Hepatitis and spread it to people through the drive thru. There was a city-wide panic with mass people getting vaccinations for it. So yeah, fear the drive-thru during a plague, it CAN and WILL happen as long as just one person working there is contagious.
