1.Mexico isn't underrated except with dumb ass flyovers and texans (same shit) who think grated gubmint cheese over steamed ground beef garnished with miracle whip and iceberg is better than chiles en nogada. Real Mexican food is rightly considered to be one of the finest cuisines in the world if not the finest. I would say it's CORRECTLY rated.
