sesame seeds should not be in salads if you ask me.

best salad:
lemon olive oil
salad
ruccola
avocado cubes
walnuts
cherry tomato
red beans
sun flower seeds

there you have a meal if you want to lose weight. Remember calories of course but the red beans and walnuts will make it last and the salad and tomato will fill you up.

that is just my recipe but I cut 5 lbs a week for 3 weeks using that as my dinner.

It's the same thing as arugula and rocket. It's peppery and nice when mixed with other greens. It cooks nicely, too.
