I made a pizza on my grill. Would you eat it? This is the first time I didn't fuck it up, it took about 6 tries.

Looks like a normal home made pizza, not for show but to be eaten and enjoyed for as much as it could be. I would eat a slice, sure.

How the fuck do you guys transfer it from the peel to the pizza stone? The only way I can accomplish this is by using a shit load of corn meal and it makes a mess, also burns and fills the air with combusyed cornmeal stank.

Fuck pizza peels. I just use a cast iron pizza pan and make the pizza directly on it. When it's done cooking I just scoop it off with a pan. It comes right off ez pz.

And fuck pizza stones. Too fragile and needy. Like a deranged girlfriend.
Cast iron will literally never break. Like a good girlfriend.

Excellent.

Add olive oil to the dough, also maybe some parmesan, basil, and or garlic. I sprinkle shredded parm/Romano on the edge of my crust

sometimes, I've tried many different pizzas, but at the end of the day it turned out the most simple one is the most delicios one either. so if I put sausages / pepperoni I make my own tomatoes based souce, and if I make just chees-pizza like on the picture above, I put only chees. because from what I learned, the secret is in good imgredients, the dough (hence good flower and proper way to make it) and heat manegement. let me find one absolute crazy pizza zealot on jewtube.. I'll show you.

It's just a weber propane with direct and indirect heat functionality. I blast that bitch as hot as it can get until the cast iron is hot enough. then I let the indirect heat do the rest, lest I burn the bottoms of the crust.

I have an oven that will hit 550 but I just prefer the grill

If the cheese isn't flexible enough it might break the dough. Shredded allows you to shape the dough slightly after folding; 1/4" dices of a soft cheese like fresh mozz should work just as well, but I prefer low moisture.
