Hate is a bit strong. I dislike his sloppy recipes that will yield inconsistent results. If they were just for home cooking I would be fine with it but a restaurant should be able to standardize its food.

Everything I've tried from him has been unimpressive. Still good for when you want to make a dish and get some input for technique, but his is a little oversimplified.

I wish it was a live stream so you can see when his lard ass inevitably has a heart attack and he keels over into his pot of stock.

That greasy type of cooking that is rarely found on youtube. Shit, completely unhealthy recipes but he still works away at his burners that are always turned up to 11. Enjoy watching him, would never even think about taking a step into his restaurant.
