Somewhere between 1-2 for lunch and between 2-3 in the evenings. It should ideally be the other way around but I do like a heavier dinner. Been 75kg for about all my adult life I reckon, that's about twenty years. Very light exercise in the summer. Except for a sugary tea in the mornings, no chocolate or candy of any kind.

I usually eat twice a day so my numbers would be pretty skewed. Protein shake > gym > then a morning smoothie that's between 500-600 calories and consists of veggies and fruit along with some peanut butter, and then a big meal at dinner consisting of 10-12oz of protein, about the same amount of carbs, and another 2-3 servings of veg.

Servings are usually the plate no3 size. I don't have full control over my meals because I live with my parents, at work they also serve me a plate no3 sized portions. Lately I been just cutting carbs at home and at work, as well as sugar, drinking whole milk as a way to appetite control. to early to tell if its working.

i've been taught to help myself on the quantities, with the only rule of never serve myself more than i could eat and was, as a kid, never allowed to leave the table if my plate wasn't empty.

this teaches you the amount of food you need the hard way, but was very helpful when i started living alone.
