nothing wrong with breaking tradition, cabbage is disgusting. i made the mistake of eating it in place of lettuce when making a salad once. just thought i got my hands on the worlds shittiest iceberg lettuce.

how did you make it? what seasonings? hard to tell whether or not it's good or not but based solely on the picture it looks rather unappetizing. did you enjoy it at least?
