Most of the times eating undercooked meat doesn't get you ill and you have to be unlucky to catch something
However, if you don't show any symptoms 24-48 hours after eating it (diarrhea, abdominal pain and headaches are common symptoms for practically all kinds of food poisoning) you most likely dodged the bullet
Anyway, if your body shows any slight symptom go and get checked by a doctor, if you ate uncooked meat you must be specially cautious about any small headache, stomach twist or soft poo
