gonna do some frozen fries and maybe dehydrate some hashbrowns

boiling the first batch for 5 6 mins or so, got a lot of batches to go

4 batches drying.... almost halfway through my stash

I peel dice and pressure cook (in steamer basket) potatoes all the time. then I eat them in straight like that. sprinkle some salt and a sweetener and they taste delicious

when I'm lazy I'll just use the copper sponge thingy and scrub them under water. it takes the skin off and you've gotta wash them anyways

some potatoes are freezing, some are waiting to dehydrate all night. time for prepackaged bullshit for an easy evening now. stay comfy
