Salt and pepper don't count. I'll start, put this on most things, doesn't overly change the taste but adds a bit of heat which I like.

I'm euro, usually nothing but if I'm feeling a little crazy, I'll use pepper and salt.

Spicy chili crisp is the next sriracha, I suppose it's what I'm more recently trying on various foods.

I've never overdone basic cayenne or hot sauce myself. I want items milder, so I can use tons more of it. It's not just about the burn, in other words.

I encourage you to make hot salsas, hot chili dipping sauces, green chili condiments, and pickled peppers yourself. It's way better to enhance food than just that powder :P

This is vegeta, made by "podravka". You add it on everything - fried chicken, eggs prepared in any way, soups of all sorts. It is salty but it has finely chopped carrots and other vegetables in it, so you can get a good texture and a bit of extra flavor.

I legit thought my mom cooked well. Then I started cooking myself and realized she basically only uses salt, pepper, and vegeta and that’s all, so all her dishes taste exactly the same. I have completely removed vegeta from everything, except meat soups, which I still can’t do without it.
