It depends, though I quite enjoy the daily ritual of sharing a pot of strong coffee with my co-worker. Preworkout gets an honorable mention, unless it gives me that godawful itching.

I already had 5 last year. I’m sure I’ll have another this year. See the problem is I don’t have any friends or family. I’m 32, balding, make shit for money, I haven’t had a girlfriend in 6 years. My stomach is completely fucked from drinking every day for a decade, and sometimes I can barely get out of bed. I know the next time I drink I’ll die from the withdrawals but that probably won’t stop me. There isn’t much left to live for at this point.

That’s not that much caffeine irreguardless. A 16 ounce Red Bull has 160mg and a large iced latte has 2 shots of espresso which is around 150. It’s like having 3 regular cups of coffee. I only have one or the other.
