I dont doubt the food is good but like, its so fuckin impractical for diminishing returns. Three michelin stars is one thing but none of his recipes can be copied realistically

I would never do any of his methods, but it's entertaining to watch different cooking methods/recipes for once to learn. Every other chef/cook prepare their foods almost the same way so Heston's a breath of fresh air.
