>One cup flour one cup milk
I did this yesterday and it was shit. The batter was way too thick and I had to add milk to it. First couple were atrocious but the last few were ok

It's all in the technique dude.

Two eggs and only tsp of sugar. Sorry fucked up recipe. Don’t over mix batter and definitely adjust consistency with more milk or butter

1 cup of bread flour. 1 whole egg. 2 tablespoons of melted butter. 1 teaspoon of baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 1/3-1 cup of milk depending on usage. Sugar, again, according to taste.

It’s not hard. Flour is the trick.

2. ???
3. Pröfit

It's a crepe it's pretty hard to fuck up. Only thing I'd say is make sure you use butter to fry them I guess.
Filling wise I'm a fan of blue cheese, bacon and cranberry sauce.

Just wing it. Don't go crazy with the sugar and make sure the milk-flour ratio seems good enough
