Rice and SPAM is great. The seaweed is pointless and you can't even digest it if you aren't Japanese. I usually just chop up SPAM bits and mix it in a bowl of rice, although if I had SPAM musubi for some reason like someone brought it back to me from a restaurant I would totally peel off the nori to avoid digestive shenanigans.
