My mother collects them. In fact she has that exact book. She has a small library of cookbooks infact. The problem with online recipes is that any asshat can go online and post a recipe. I've yet to pull a recipe from one of her books and have it be anything but delicious. I can't say be the same for some of the ones I've found online.
