I rarely eat fast food so I'm hardly an expert, but the canadian bacon and cheese egg mcmuffin my co-worker bought for me was rather tasty, in every respect. Every mcdonalds burger I ever ate was pretty lame, I'll admit, even when I'd change something so that it would be made "fresh".

Not sure if they changed it in the burger homeland, but McDonalds Canada just made a whole bunch of changes to how they cook burgers, including restrictions on how many can be on the grill to prevent crowding and steam-cooking, and only letting them precook patties without orders during rushes. You don't have to be a bodybuilder to throw it off, really just be an active person and grow some muscle, which is why doctors use waist measurements in conjunction with BMI.
