F3. Looks like that was done at lower temperature but the slice was toasted for longer. I recently got a new toaster that toasts at a lower temperature than my old one but toasts the slices for longer, and the toast slices definitely taste better. Like it is a more even, deeper toast effect.

G4 is obviously the ideal but when I make toast I usually overcook it to at least an I6 by accident and end up scraping off the carbonized bits into the sink using a butter knife. Then after I've finished my toast I'm still hungry so I lick the palm of my hand and run it all over the bottom of the sink to collect the blackened crumbs.

I can't say that I've ever been disappointed with the results.
