Let's-make-1-can-fisherman's-egg Edition.

I am using Lidl Nixe deenz in sunflower oil. The sunflower oil has already been drained and reserved for future use, and the milt (fish semen) has already been enjoyed by yours truly.

Next time flake you can of sardines in an oven proof bowl. Add quarter of an onion diced, and a diced clove of garlic, season with salt and pepper, chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and stir then crack 3 to 4 eggs over top then return to the oven for 15 or so minutes until the eggs are cooked.

I keep it in an empty Heinz Fruity! Spring Water (apple flavour) baby drink bottle I found on the street because it is a similar colour and the bottle imparts a subtle apply flavour into the fishy sunflower oil.
