Here's the patrician version
>milk (not soy)
>oats
>cinnamon
>pb
>plain greek yog
The key is to only put enough milk to get the oats wet, then add pb while it's hot so it melts in, then add yogurt to thin it out. The richness of the pb is offset by the tang of the yogurt. Yeah, it's based.

Billions of people all over the world manage to eat breakfast and remain thin. Sounds like you're a lardarse that can't into moderation.

Yes, milk is great. Soy milk is obviously not milk.

>Soy milk is obviously not milk
INCORRECT. That statement is false.
Soy milk is just as much milk as cow's milk is.
They're both types of milk.

You can make milk from anything that has moisture and is edible. Cope with THAT!
I can make milk from hemp seeds, or pumpkin puree, or bananas, or a lot of baby carrots. Carrot milk. I could make milk from sardine eyeballs! Cope with that! I can even make milk out of soybeans, and then filter THAT through almond meal! I've created almond and soy milk!
Cope with that! I can take the parts from any plant or animal and blenderify that and make milk whenever I want! And I can call it milk, and of all the people on the planet, only those like you will be the one getting triggered by it for no reason at all!
Enjoy your cow sweat! Just walk up to a cow, shove aside those nursing little ones and take a big gulp of that cow sweat! Mmm, wooo boy, tastes like it's just as nature intended isn't that right!
