I know they taste good, they’re designed that way, but you can easily make personalized potato chips (fried or baked) at home that will be equally tasty (because personalization, you can even bake cheese into them) and will be infinitely better than you (so long as you don’t peel the potato).

Fucking checked

Not sure how if i can help with thickness without being too specific, so that’s kinda something you have to figure out on your own, but
>preheat oven to 375
>slice potatoes thin, doesn’t matter if their sizes are different, the variety in texture is pleasant if you aren’t a tastelet
>put foil on pan, spray with non-stick spray or brush on light layer of oil
>season all of the potatoes, I use: salt, b+w pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper if you want some kick, and maybe some aromatics like rosemary/oregano if you have any fresh bc dried will just burn
There’s definitely way more combos than that but that’s my go-to seasoning combo
>it is absolutely okay to get it all over the pan
>bake for like 20 minutes or so
>pull out, flip all slices, add Parmesan cheese, preferably not the fake unrefrigerated shit, but it’ll also work
>put back in oven for another 15-20 minutes or so
>eat delicious potato
I’m not too sure on the timings because I usually kinda eyeball it, just try to make sure they don’t get burnt to shit at the end, but you can let them get as crispy as you’d like

How did you spend so much money and got basically nothing?
Also
>choice steak

>> No.13461401

>>13461387
I should also mention that I usually make mine kinda thick, which is why flipping helps. If you’re making them very thin, the cooking time will very likely be shorter and you probably won’t need to flip them.
If it gets way too stuck to the foil, it’s probably because the chips are really thin and you may need to use a baking sheet instead.
