One of my buddies in high school had a cabinet like that at home and we'd get drunk in his basement and I'd sneak upstairs for zebra cakes and honey buns. It was the best shit. I've never kept that kind of food in my house so it was a treat.

about 50g per meal. lunch/dinner is 6oz of meat or fish and then there's the pasta/rice/etc. add in breakfast and snacks like pork rinds or a shake and I usually end the day at 150g protein.
