heheheh
anyway i don't know how they're SUPPOSED to be used but i always liked to thinly slice and add to soups and omelettes
you can even wrap them in those pillsbury rolls, taste great
it's fairly sweet for sausage so it pairs weirdly, but i like it

Put it in rice obviously.

you can usually eat it two ways:

1. stick it on top of your rice in a rice cooker or while making a ricepot (traditionally a claypot) dish. that way the sausage steams/boils

2. chop it up, fry it up in fried rice.

the taste is usually a bit sweet and very fatty/rich

make an Egg Fu Young with it mix in with some vegetables
use to flavour fried rice
steamed with ginger and eaten with white rice

If used in fried rice or noodles, make sure to render all the fat so it coats the starch in delicious fat.
