What food can even a retard like me cook

What are recipes that every retard should know? I learned how to cook ground beef this week, that's the kind of thing I'm talking about. What are some "you literally can't fuck this up you stupid fucking retard" meals with only 1-2 ingredients

Eggs (scrambled, fried, poached)
Tomato sauce
Chicken breast
Rice
Thats about it for basic retard stables. If you want to actually learn how to cook steer away from recipes for now and learn how each ingredient changes in different situations. Before you know it youll know what flavour is missing from each dish and know how to adjust it.

Very bad advice. I'm sure your food is repulsive. Recipes are pretty key when first learning. Once you make enough of other people's recipes then you'll have a good basis for making your own

Lentils and rice
Soak the lentils in water for a few hours, once they're soaked leave enough water so they're just submerged or add if need be, add a lot of olive oil, like 10-15cl, spices
Cook basmati rice in a rice cooker
Even better: red lentils and add coconut milk

>I can just learn how to cook everything completely on my own!
Recipes help teach you the processes for the cooking, experience teaches you the flavor. If you don’t know the process you couldn’t possibly experience proper flavors without literally ruining every single damn thing you touch.

stopped reading there, eggs are so fucking easy to fuck up and if you set your standards on subpar eggs when you start cooking then you will make shitty eggs your entire life

pick something you like and start there, i started with fried chicken, then just keep growing your repertoire from there to more things you like and build on skills you learn, and get ready to eat some cruddy meals as you learn, you'll be making expert shit you love more than restaurants in a couple years.
