Its fun for fireball tricks. The next highest proof liquors are typically 151 rum and some absinthe. Below ~70% alcohol and its hard to get it to burn.
Everclear is useful for other applications where you need a concentrated but edible alcohol. Herbal tinctures, extracting substances from plants. Dissolving medicines that are not really soluble in water.
Its fine to drink it, but you wont do it more than a couple times just for curiosity sake. Keep it to one or two shots max and its not going to hurt you. Its a unique sensation, both the burn and the buzz.
The price per unit of alcohol is higher than vodka, so its definitely not saving you money. It could be useful when volume and weight matter, say when backpacking, or smuggling into a club or concert and you need the most powerful flask possible.

I got some as a cleaning agent for some items I had because I wanted to avoid the smell of bleach or vinegar. I drank a shot a couple times to see what it was like. Since one shot is literally the same amount of alcohol as two shots of most other liquors there wasn't much flavor to it other than that of a very strong vodka. The burning sensation wasn't worth it, and I think it was the cause of a two day headache I subsequently experienced.

Stuff is fine, it's literally just superstrong vodka. Just don't drink it straight, like it specifically instructs not to. In the long run, burning your throat with tons of liquor is a good way to get throat cancer.

How badly does it actually burn?
I've only ever drank 80% ABV at most, and vodka at that amount is fine for me. However I once made the mistake of spending a night doing shots of Stroh 80% and my throat hurt for the next three days. It felt like a chemical burn but on the inside.

Yeah, the shots are bad. Your tongue doesn't register it as a liquid. You just feel this dry, gaseous mass sloshing across your mouth like it was programmed with water physics. After you swallow, you have to wait and let the rest of the alcohol in your mouth and throat dilute and dissipate, or you'll cough and gag. Just feels like a burn of rubbing alcohol all down your throat to your stomach. I never had an issue since I knew what I was fucking with.
