Gumbo, jambalaya, red rice and beans, chili, all kinds of regional bbq, chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, beans and cornbread, all kinds of regional fried chicken recipes, hushpuppies, pancakes, johnny cakes, black eyed peas, buttermilk biscuits, all kinds of jellies, jams, and marmalades, fried catfish, fried green tomatoes(these are fucking great), pecan pie, buttermilk pie, sweet potato pie, iced sweet tea, mustard greens, turnip greens, collared greens, meatloaf, creamed corn, po boys, mac and cheese,

All I can think of off the top of my head. Usually if you're eating in the south, you'll have something like chicken fried steak, fried chicken, fried catfish, meat loaf, ox tail, etc. With all kinds of sides like greens, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, hush puppies, biscuits, cornbread, mac and cheese etc. Sweet tea to drink. Southern cooking is pretty much all about being hearty, fattening, and flavorful.

Oh and we're partial to full breakfasts like the full English. Except ours is usually variations on these foods: fried eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, roast beef hash/corned beef hash, pan cakes, waffles, french toast, toast, biscuits

I'm going to say no because 1 southern cuisine is unique to the south 2 the methods of cooking are not unique to the south 3 there are multiple cuisines in the south 4 based on this map highlighting a lot of states coast on the reported quality of food in "the south" but are in fact nothing of note. That said a lot of what is "southern" food is pretty fucking good.

A foreigner might be slightly confused by the inclusion of biscuits, the term being associated with various baked sweet breads, which fall under the umbrella of "cookie" in the states.
The closest thing outside of America to a biscuit is probably a savory scone, but I don't think they're quite the same thing.
