Did you know? All mammals descend from fish so technically all meat is seafood. Beef is actually fish and can be prepared the same. The Constitution is VERY clear on this. This of course also goes for chicken. I am currently making a chicken bacalao to serve my family when they visit today.

Here is a picture of the bacalao so far. Thoughts?
