Hello anons. I went out in the woods behind my house this evening and found a few wild mushrooms that I'm going to make into this pasta dish I make. It's pretty much just a bunch of sautéed mushrooms with parmeasan cheese, herbs, lemon juice and lots of butter.

Follow along, I found a half dozen of pic related and they are going in the mix with some store bought mushrooms

First step, cut up the mushrooms and Sautee. The trick here is to not flip them until they've thoroughly browned on one side. A dash of soy sauce goes in with butter.

Thanks anon, I did read up about those. There are only 2 kinds of poisonous mushrooms around here (east coast usa) and both their stems turn blue when pinched
