Just bought my regular dollar menu purchase.
>fritos burrito grilled w/ onions and red sauce
>dollar nachos w/ onions
>spicy tostada w/ onions
>potato taco w/ onions
No real deal, but a steal at $4+tax.

I finally tried the Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich. It was good.
Since I was already at the mall I also got some $5 mall court chinese food which is honestly pretty gross. Wasn't worth the 5 bucks.
While the sandwich was worth it, overall I should've just gone to Teebz.

I don't usually buy two handles at the same location in one visit, but my drug store occasionally has these coupons they put on a bottle and kind of try to hide, but I always look for them and always use when I find, because $5 off a $13 handle is a good deal.

I don't eat at Popeye's and don't understand the hype, but that looks pretty good. I'm assuming it's less than $2?

I bought my Switch on Cyber Monday a year ago after not winning that fancy Xbox last season, so after not seeing any good deals today, and committing to two handles at the drug store, I went a little wild and picked up a PHS night light.

My closest KFC is combined with an A&W. I went there once and got some overpriced chicken and a root beer float with the take-home glass, which is my 6 day a week water glass. Haven't been back since.

Taco Bell nachos (and the beans in particular) sway between hot mess and cold mess, but they're always pretty good and well worth the price.
>>13309103
Makes me think of Chic-fll-a. I've tried them twice, and the sandwich is pretty good, but it's tiny, and for what they charge you might as well go to a real restaurant at that point. They also had terrible, and kind of creepy service.

I actually did go to taco bell tonight for the first time in a few months since I am taking a cooking vacation after thanksgiving

I ordered the fiesta taco salad with a dr pepper for the old lady, the double cheese gordita box with a baja blast for me, rolled chicken tacos for the oldest kid and two taco supremes without lettuce for the middle one, and the three layer nachos that I was planning on eating so I could give the cinnamon twists in the box to the middle kid

Unfortunately they somehow managed to give me XL nacho abomination in the box even though that's not on the menu anymore, the middle kid cried because she didn't get her cinnamon twists, the oldest one drank most of the baja blast and ate half the three layer nachos and when I went upstairs to put the baby to bed my wife ate the frankennachos and stuck me with the taco salad

I think I'll cook tomorrow night

I don't indulge kids in things that I don't personally find cool. The kids at Thanksgiving tried to get me to dab and floss or whatever and I was just like, "yeah, that shit's lame", while my 70 year old father was drunk in the corner flossing. I thought the Frieza would be a better toy because it has moving parts, but shy guy was cheaper and seemed to be better quality; and shy guy is cool.

I absolutely love, love, love that I bought this PHS night light. I'm pretty sure it's the first PHS thing I've ever decided on my own to purchase and spend my own money on, but I've spent well over a decade watching the PHS thing just falter and flail and fade into obscurity. It's like a few guys discovered all this pink salt and thought it was a gold mine, and they tried literally everything from super exclusive luxury, to FN tier fad, to hipster, and now we've finally gotten to Rite Aid clearance aisle night lights. The best part is that it's a metal cage with a cheap light bulb at the bottom in a box with a bag full of literal rocks, and the instructions just say, "dump these rocks into this metal cage (with a light bulb at the bottom) and plug in". Glad I didn't fuck that up.

So I'm actually a pretty nice guy. If you talked to anyone I've ever worked with they'd probably say, "anon? yeah, he's just a genuinely nice guy". But I was buying Switch games before the sale ended and my main debit card got rejected for possible fraud, and I couldn't remember my password because I never need to use it and ended up having to call - and I never call, anybody. I was on hold for 20 minutes before this Indian guy picked up and said he was calling from Texas, at which point I just drunkenly unloaded on him. It's fucking 4am in Texas, and who the fuck are you to judge me for spending money on Taco Bell and Nintendo games. Like, do you not know how to pull out? Or do you literally live in India? Where did you get that Taco Bell dog? Have you had it since the '90s or did you buy it recently?
I had one when I was a kid. Must have been '97, or '98? All I remember is being in like 5th grade, and one day some other kid showed up to class with one. He'd put it on display on his desk all showing it off and shit, and I was so fucking jealous. So of course I begged my mom and eventually I got one. Before that it was Space Jam plushies at McDonald's, and then after it was Pokemon plushies at KFC (probably the only time I ever ate KFC in my life was for the sole purpose of getting a Pokemon plushie).
I think it was in a sitting position, and when you'd push his stomach he'd say "yo quiero Taco Bell".
I wonder if it's still at my parents house in the attic somewhere. I'm really tempted to go look around now.
Thanks for making me suddenly remember all of this out of nowhere.

There's also no easy way to open it up to replace the battery - and I'm not /diy/ - so unless I get an art school girlfriend at some point he's going to go voiceless.

>kind of creepy service
thank you. they're like over-the-top southern hospitality drones. the workers at the one i would go to in FL went around the floor asking how everyone's meals were and if they could get us anything, like sauces or a drink refill (10 ft away), with unblinking eyes, that hollow, phony customer service voice, and a contractually-obligated smile. it was robotic. chick-fil-a legitimately creeps me out, AND it's overrated

I think it's overrated as it's just fast food at the end of the day, but it's a clean establishment with nice friendlily customer service isn't of eye rolling lip smacking teeth sucking niggers.

I put mine through the dishwasher on the top rack. Just make sure you seal them well.
