He;s very unlikable. He's not even a good home cook. He's constantly hurting himself, demonstrating bad technique, and a lack of understanding.

But he gets pretty good recipes from the internet and has a lot of expensive cooking stuff in his house, and bought his kid expensive video equipment. I've made a couple of things he's made, and they weren't bad. But you can tell he doesn't come up with his own recipes.

I watched like three of his videos and then I realized he’s anoying as hell. Tryhard swearing boomer jew. Sometimes it just looks like he doesn’t even like being recorded and it’s bothering him (sardine sandwich video).

He'd probably be fine if he wasn't doing the Youtuber thing of constantly trying to play the system. You know, making the same types of foods, for the same types of audience, manufacturing/padding the videos to fit the current "meta" of what people watch, playing the system.

Problem is that he's completely unrelatable as a person - hilariously rich aging media personality. Which wouldn't be a problem, except he pads the videos with personal anecdotes and opinions, not humour or information. Which makes is relevant and hard to ignore.

The recipes aren't bad (even if his injury rate is appalling, his fusion food shtick falls flat, and I don't know why he thinks his glorified stoner food is being watched by people with ~10K worth of kitchen gear) but I can't be fucked watching him anymore.
