I want to get myself a fillet knife for my own meat. What should i get? I got 100 euros.
Maybe the chroma type 301 p-07 by Porsche

you could buy a high quality wusthof, victorinox or zwilling fillet knife for less.

Yeah probably but i already own a solingen chefs knife. Its the burgvogel juglans with walnut wood handle. Its pretty awesome even though wooden handles are usually a pain in the butt for kitchen knives (oiling every feew weeks mostly)
