I unscrewed the top to smell it and it was the most foul plastic smell. like I was in some 70s bakelite factory.

you could use about that much flour with 4 eggs to make one of those egg burger things i've been toying with
you'll need butter or something though, nasty spray grease won't cut it

m8. I used up all my /deenz/ oil

guess I could render some oil out of my cheese or mayonnaise...

>mayonnaise
that might unironically be the perfect ingredient for the egg burgers to solve the sticking problems as well as pair well with the chicken burger flavour

but since you have only one egg instead of 4, you could instead make some mayo pancakes

>> No.13292828

I usually combine that with an egg and make a faux-kotlet/schnitzel. I make it to test the oil before i put the meat in and eat it while doing the meat.

Just remember that the breading/flour is usually oversalted for a schnitzel so just adding an egg to it might not be enough. I usually add a tiny bit of finley chopped onions or chives, maybe some mustard.

good call.

i have 1 raw egg and 1 boiled egg. the only solution I see is to pulverize the boiled egg and make boiled egg pancakes fried in mayonnaise

scallions, yay or nay?

Are you fucking retarded? Obviously add scalions.

Some acidity could do you good.

>> No.13292870

>>13292832
depends on density i'd say, if it's going to be dense, cooked scallions as a topping could be very nice
if it ends up fluffy, it likely wouldn't pair well, but are still nice as a side

Gotta love a good well breaded pork chop schintzel, also known as kotlet schabowy in my county.

People tell me I'm mad to eat them with hot sauce.

What are you talking about, it would only make the texture more interesting, especially if they retain some crunchiness.

personal preferences I suppose, I'm not a crunchy peanut butter sort of guy, but plenty of people are

y i'm retarded. I don't know if I should adulterated the pure egg flavour with other things. but I think I will add scallions

>>13292870
It'll likely be dense. less omelette with a bit of flour, more chinese/korean pancake with excessive egg.

I'm thinking like a reverse mushroom burger since I don't have burger buns but I do have giant mushrooms

Absolutely awful idea, wouldn't it just clump up and make a runny mess out of the breading?

But mayo after frying? I could get behind it but not by itself. Combine it half-n-half with something acidic and sweet and acidic and hot, like sambal, and it would work.

I was eating them like you would a salisbury steak, but the mushrooms are an interesting idea
what sort? puff balls or portobellos or something else?

>>13292923
is this the right ingredient list for that one? it should be okay if you heat it slowly to render it out and separate it
it's not that far off of being margarine, still not as good as butter.

closest to portabellos I guess

yeah. I think I will fry them up in my liquid-plastic butter-scented spray, then sandwich the mayo fried pancake inbetween
