Step 1: drive to taco bell
Step 2: take multiple bites of taco
Step 3: feed turkey meatballs to Bill Gate's guard dogs as a distraction while I use stinky taco bell gas to clear out the house so I can steal a prototype of the new XBox to sell on eBay

Probably make some sort of sweet glaze for cocktail meatballs. Serve with toothpick. Chef John did albondigas with turkey meatballs once. I'd give that a try.

Beefing up turkey meatballs?

Worcestershire
Fish Sauce (last hour at the end)
Whiskey

That's all I could think of for now. It's not a sauce, really, but stuff meant to mix the meatballs with.
