What's the verdict on Cinnamon Rolls? Never had one of these things before any Recipes?

I just make a basic brioche and after the first raising, I roll it out, spread with butter, smear with a handful or two of cinnamon-sugar, roll up, slice, place into parchment-lined pan, raise a second time and bake until done.
Allow to cool a bit, then spread with cream cheese frosting, which is basically the same thing as buttercream, but swapping half the butter (or more) for cream cheese.
It's not remotely difficult.

I've used this recipe several times and they're delicious. They're best fresh from the oven but they'll keep for at least a few days (keep the icing in the fridge and just ice them up individually when you're about to eat them). 30 seconds in the microwave will make them soft and warm again.
