couldn’t be arsed enough to make the soup, so i basically ate the same thing of the country style mustard/yogurt marinated chicken but i ran out of tzatziki. just mixed in the oil/debris leftover from sun dried tomatoes i had in a jar in with some greek yogurt, added some garlic. light drizzle of lemon juice over it all. spicier than last time cuz i put in more red pepp flakes while cooking. i couldn’t finish it all so i’m saving the rest for later.

i really want to buy pickling spices because i want to brine chicken so i can make some tasty breaded nuggets.

Took some store bagels, splashed some olive oil and garlic powder on the outside, broiled them until brown. Then flipped em, spread olive oil on em, then basil and oregano, put em back in the oven for a hot minute. Last part was just sauce and cheese since I didn't have any good pizza meats, broiled until cheese was melty.
