I've never had any of this stuff (can't really find it in Italy), apart from liver & onions, which is common here.
Most of these things looks super tasty. I would definitely try scotch eggs, cornish pasty (what's inside, by the way?) and kidney pudding & pie.

The sweets look a bit underwhelming in comparison, but I would go with the toffee pudding.
