milk is perfect for me because it's nutritionally dense and you dont have to chew anything. hot soup, chicken noodle or menudo. salads are also easy to eat if you dress them right. yogurt is good too, especially honey flavored greek yogurt with some banana slices added. you should probably cut back on the alcohol though mate.

I try and prep stuff for omelettes because it's cheap, fast, and fairly easy to eat. I can't deal with a lot of solid food. Keep ramen around in the mornings. Instant mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and soft stuff that's microwavable. You're probably going to want to take a b1 supplement. Doctors routinely tell alcoholics who either can't or won't quit, that their diet is key to keeping them alive longer. You'll have to figure out how to keep your veggies and fruits going if you're going to resign yourself to shitting oil a half dozen times a day on your own.

speaking of unappealing. he looks like what would happen if droopy dog wished to become a real boy. also, he's barely 183cm tall which basically makes him king of the manlets. he's not even particularly well built. the only thing going for him is that his slightly lazy right eye distracts you from noticing his other faults.

Augustine wrote on this 1600 years ago.
>Drunkards even eat certain salt meats in order to create a painful thirst--and when the drink allays this, it causes pleasure. It is also the custom that the affianced bride should not be immediately given in marriage so that the husband may not esteem her any less, whom as his betrothed he longed for.

liquor actually makes me hungry but beer is too filling to eat anything with unless i’m plastered

after liquor pretty much anything filling like a sandwich or pasta. if i eat junk food i.e. chips i get sick.

with beer, some chicharron or fried anchovies are good.

I used to force myself to eat whatever isn't nausea inducing when I was drinking daily. Because I know what's next if I don't eat, and it scares me.

Yogurts, yogurt with some form of muesli, breakfast cookies, bread, frozen food. Mostly stuff without much smell.

Maybe you eat the wrong foods, i mean stuff that is oversaturated by all kinds of shit smacked on (like poptarts). You need to eat as fucking lean and natzral as possible for at least 2 weeks straight to regain the taste sensation. I am talking about oatmeal with milk and fruit, maybe A LILTTLE honey, lean meat with minimal seasoning motherfucker. You do something wrong to get an ashmout

in that situation you've got to start small, water is the most important thing but you should also eat something like saltines or maybe I piece of toast with just butter. When/if that settles try an egg or two and work your way up from there. Brothy soups are a good option to easily replenish your sodium which can make a world of difference especially if you're trying to rehydrate well
