what can I drink in the evening as a substitute for beer? Tea isn't good and I want to get off alcohol.

not a bad idea, used to drink these throughout the day but they're $0.60 for a liter bottle and I feel like i'm getting ripped off for paying that much for water. Yes I know alcohol is much more expensive.
>decaf coffee
not a bad idea pending it doesn't taste like shit. my normal coffee is fairly nice and I just got a new coffee maker, maybe i'll give that a go

Get a sodastream to carbonate your tap water, they're not very expensive.

People in cold weather, people who are large, or people who are physically worn/older.

Trying to "Pull off" is probably your issue. Pull the fucking thing off indoors. You don't have to hang it, it should be able to sit over just one shoulder with you gripping it walking normally. People in cold weather understand you're carrying a heavy coat.

I like just putting fruit in water and drinking that. You can get real crazy with it too. Orange and mint. Throw some cucumbers in there. Some Parmesan chicken, maybe some nettles or vegan beef tips. The possibilities are endless.

Unironically try broth and add dashi. Sports drinks are good i have been doing watery orange jiuce (i use frozen) and it tastes similar. The electrolytes seem to do something for my nerves as well as the hydration. Maybe the salt will lower the chances off having to pee in the night.

It's actually incredibly popular in the middle east. Kind of ironic that muslims who don't drink alcohol probably appreciate the taste of beer better than the average western beer drinker.

Topo Chico. Mexican mineral water widely available at most pilots gas stations until you get too far north. Calorie counting, whiskey and soda. Alkaline water is good too.
Topo Chico is my post job beverage as I'm not allowed beer at work. Twist of lime variant is especially refreshing anywhere over 90f.
