What are the best low calorie density sweet things/deserts ? I'd like to have something sweet that I can eat a lot of but have no idea where to start since I'm horrible at cooking and most ingredients I know of are around 500cal/100g and quite dense.

cottage cheese and quark cheese
mix with some sweet yogurt or something so that it becomes edible, don't overdue it obviously
low fat quark cheese is like 17g protein and 90kcal per 100g on its own

How exactly would I make one ,I could really use some recipes? I already take protein shakes (which I often freeze for a sort of ice cream) with milk and sometimes peanut butter or nutella though nutella is a ridiculous amount of calories and sugar and peanut butter doesn't seem too add much to some flavors.

I think berries have the lowest amount of sugar but any fruit is good. Try to get whatever is locally grown and in season for best taste.

A lot of hungers are nutrient-based.

Though it's true that some rare phenomenon are really satisfying.

"What's something neat for low calories?

Mint."

.. Stevia is the minty of sweetness, deriving from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana ..
>Is some 200x sweeter than sugar, with longer onsets and more lasting durations.
>Has been evidenced with *benefits* to glucose and insulin metrics.
>Results with *much* more satiation derived form both food-preparation and meals.
(*A lot of the iterations I got* were gross (chemical-y / bitter). There are so many types – companies are combining various amounts of the plant's compounds ([image]). Here's an example that's really sweet:
