I always say that if I were in a situation where I had to pick two foods to live off of for the rest of my life, it would rice and eggs. My love for them are eternal.

I used to like my fried eggs with no crispies like a babby too. Then I made a thai omelette and it changed everything. You cook it in oil until it's golden brown and it takes on an amazing nutty flavor. It's great. Since then, I now like my fried eggs with crispies.
