and cut in down to a third just to try it. I forgot about the butter but the video didn't have it, so we'll see how it comes out. It's already very thick and tastes nice, so I'm excited to see how it is once it's firmed up. For the frying, would it be better to the flour then egg thing or egg then bread crumbs?
