Whoa, the milky clam chowder people have opened a new thread to parade their childish preferences. Have some nuggies and fries, wee one, and settle down.

I can get the appeal of most high-end acquired taste foods but I can't fucking get the appeal of bleu cheese. It has really strong pungent flavors and overpowers everything in an unpleasant way desu

use less, it doesn't take very much at all
the really potent ones you use similar to a spice opposed to regular cheeses
crumble just a little bit across salad

He's a FAAAAAAAAAG
Montenebro master race.
Its basically a goat blue without the bacteria within the paste of the cheese. Its only coated on the outside. Fucking sublime.

Really want to try some now, haven't heard of it before.

It really does suck to live in the USA. However, we aren't completely devoid either (at least for me due to living in the midwest)
I get to have some more "local" shit farmers make. You kind of have to go around and ask questions because sometimes it's not exactly "FDA Approved" so stores don't sell it.
>tfw going to a farm to pick up fresh eggs and the farmers cheese
but I don't have goat or sheep farms, so usually its all cow

People usually wash their vegetables, but I guess you're trying to match the absurdity of the OP, so nevermind.

i mean if you want a big mouthful of pungent cheeses more power to you but most people consider it an accent flavour
