Lots of cheap asian restaurants that offer all-you-can eat buffets for less than 10 bucks. The usual generic fare. But often they put out something that is not even the generic bland asian food. Especially for children or native people who are not used to "exotic" stuff like bamboo sprouts in their food. I could well imagine this being part of such a venture.
