There's practically no fat in a chicken tenderloin, so why would you need to use a George Foreman Grill?

Okay, so to make it cheaper, I would just use a regular frying pan on the stove. And I would use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs and save about 50% of my food cost. I also wouldn't use plastic forks and plates.

Literally any vegetable.

>> No.13031268

when i was much younger and very serious about powerlifting, because my state had some very weak records to beat, i ate this shit in insane amounts, every week. it was these and it was broccoli or canned spinach that i would microwave, or i'd put them into a salad
im talking five times a day, every day, and nothing else. would do pounds of them on my day off and tupperware it for the week
there is no doubt that this is the healthiest and most cost-effective way to eat. they do make a barbecue sauce that has no sugar in it. not sure what it's called but it has a negro on the label and it's widely-available

i have a couple gym pals who are purple black i mean 120% black
they don't store fat like a white person does because they evolved in a warmer climate where surviving winter wasn't an issue. i am lifting with a guy who is 150lbs and is benching 225x20. no joke
i am white, 205ish and on a good day i can put up 315 maybe
