I started making popcorn from scratch and read up on the history of it a little after that. Was interesting to read that it was being eaten around 10000 years ago. I forget the name but someone like 50~ years ago used to recommend eating more popcorn as a health food because it's actually a whole grain. I started making it more as a side to go with sandwiches and stuff like that and it's pretty enjoyable. Doesn't take long to make either so it's nice having something that fresh without much work.

1 tablespoon of butter
cinnamon powder
garlic powder
fresh parmesan cheese.

Pop the corn in saucepan with grapeseed oil (good smoke point), melt the butter and drizzle it on top (acts as powder glue) proceed to dust the corn with powders and then top with parmezan cheese. place lid on top of pot and shake to mix it up. Pour corn into the biggest, widest bowl you can find. enjoy.
