I'm going to say the early seasons of Diners drive ins and dives. Shot with a shittier camera so it looks more 90s, which is comfy and it focuses more on humble diners instead of hipster bars .

I've heard this guy is an ass off camera. He did a show on the Outer Banks in NC where I used to live, and my dad who knows most of the restaurant owners down there (He was a photographer and did the pictures for their ads/menus) chatted with them and it seems he would yell at the staff and act really rude off camera.
