I’m just saying, for all that meat used on meatballs, you could use the same amount and have meat for an entire pot of spaghetti as opposed to making gigantic balls of meat you have to cut up just to funnel it’s way into your mouth with noodles. You still get meat in every bite plus you didn’t spend all that time making meatballs

Oh I totally agree. Meatballs are for the eye, they're a waste of meat. I finally, after about 15 years of searching, came up with a sunday gravy recipe I like. It's been over a cunting decade to find a good recipe that doesn't take 8 hours to make. So I'm pumped about spaghetti sauces and whatnot.

I disagree entirely. I think the texture and flavor of the meatball is better than little bits of ground meat. But I make an excellent tender meatball using bread soaked in milk instead of dry breadcrumbs.
